CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. * Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). * No-show appointments or appointments canceled after the scheduled start time will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next guest. If your appointment cannot be accommodated due to a late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen.
